Gary F. Morris, 76
Colorado Springs, CO – Gary F. Morris, 76, passed away at Brookdale Memory Care Center in Colorado Springs at 4pm on Fri, March 21, 2025 following a long battle with dementia.
Born in East Liverpool, OH on Dec. 12, 1948, he was the son of the late James F. and A. Bernadine Morris.
A lifelong resident of East Liverpool, Gary graduated ELHS in 1967 and served in the US Navy for four years during Vietnam on the destroyer, Myles C. Fox.
Gary worked at Crucible Steel for many years, before working many more at the Hall China Co., where he retired as a machinist in 2011.
He is survived by his wife, Karen, of 53 years., Dec. 2, 1972, who he met while fixing motorcycles with her dad. It was ALL MOTORCYCLES from the beginning. They road together everywhere, in every state, except Alaska. Gary and Karen had many different bikes through their journey. From BMWs to Gold Wings to the last being a Harley with a sidecar. They shared many of their excursions riding in the mountains
