Carl E. "Petey" Owens, Sr., 66
EAST LIVERPOOL – Carl E. "Petey" Owens, Sr., of East Liverpool, passed away Thursday morning, March 20, 2025, at the East Liverpool City Hospital. He was 66 years old.
Born in East Liverpool, April 5, 1958, he was a son of the late Charles Owens and Dorothy Chips Caldwell Stull. A resident of this area all his life, he worked as a handyman for his family, friends and neighbors. He was the only lifetime member of Berdine's where he enjoyed to be with his many friends.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia Bailey Owens whom he married March 10, 1996. He is also survived by a daughter, Patricia E. Owens of Toronto, Ohio, two sons, Carl E. Owens, Jr. of East Liverpool, and Jason Lee Jones of Steubenville, and a stepson, Joseph Bailey of East Liverpool. He also leaves behind 19 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, along with a sister, Myrtle Keefer and a brother, Louie Owens, and three nephews, Charles Stull, Arza Stull and Raymond Stull and three niece
