EAST LIVERPOOL – Robert P. "Bob" Tompkins, 59, of East Liverpool, passed away Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at his home with his family by his side.
Bob was born on February 12, 1966, in East Liverpool. He was a graduate of Wellsville High School Class of 1985. Bob worked at the former Quaker State as a lab technician and was currently working at Shell Polymers in Monaca. He was a member of Point of Mercy Sanctuary and East Liverpool Elks BPOE #258. Bob enjoyed riding his motorcycle, hunting and fishing. He was a hardworking man. Bob was a loving husband, father and grandfather who loved spending time with his family and his friends.
Preceding Bob in death were his father George Stoffel, Sr. and mother Shirley (Erwin) Zimmerman.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 33 years, whom he married July 6, 1991, Jennifer A. (Heater) Tompkins; son Zach Tompkins and his wife Becca; daughter Audrey Dotson and her husband Jerry, Jr.; two grandchildren Elaina Grace and Stella Jo; two brothers J
