EAST LIVERPOOL – Deanna R. Plemons, of East Liverpool, passed away at her home Tuesday, March 11, 2025. She was 86 years old.
Born in Merrittstown, Pennsylvania, July 10, 1938, a daughter of the late Donald N. and Marjorie E. (Shipley) Shaneyfelt. She moved to this area at a young age and was a member of the East Liverpool High School Class of 1956. Deanna worked as a secretary for several local organizations. She was the first secretary at Westgate Middle School, she also served as the secretary of the East Liverpool Chamber of Commerce and the former Energy Development Corporation. Deanna's work then led her to the East Liverpool High School Alumni Association where she was the Association's administrative secretary.
Deanna was always active in the community. She was a member of the Crystal Chapter #18 of the Order of the Eastern Star and the East Liverpool Assembly #71 Social Order of the Beauceant, where she held virtually every office in both organizations. She was also a lifetim
