EAST LIVERPOOL, OHIO – Norma J. (Payne) McMahon, 84, of East Liverpool, Ohio passed away Monday, March 3, 2025, at East Liverpool City Hospital.
Norma was born in East Liverpool on September 11, 1940, a daughter of the late Leo and Lucille (Pickens) Payne. She worked at Homer Laughlin. Norma enjoyed spending time at the wharf. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother that enjoyed spending time with her family.
Preceding Norma in death were her son Robert L. "Robbie" McMahon II; granddaughter Courtney Cox; sister Shirley Davis and two brothers William and Richard Payne.
Left to cherish her memory are her daughter Donna Cox and her husband Kent; two grandchildren Eric McMahon and Kyle Cox; great granddaughter Malia Cox; two brothers Mike Payne and John Payne and his wife Ann and two sisters Joan Stowers and Cindy Burton.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Dawson Funeral Home.
