LISBON, OHIO – Ruth A. Osborn, 87, of East Liverpool, passed away Tuesday, March 4, 2025, at Continuing Healthcare in Lisbon.
Ruth was born in East Liverpool on September 18, 1937, a daughter of the late Earl W. and Ethel (Burchett) Speerhas. She worked for the East Liverpool City School District as a crossing guard before becoming a school bus driver and ended her career as a bus aide. Ruth was a member of the Good Shepherd United Methodist Church. She enjoyed bowling, playing cards and shopping and having lunch with her friends. She really enjoyed going dancing with her husband. Ruth was a loving mother and grandmother that enjoyed spending time with her family.
Preceding Ruth in death were her husband, whom she married September 20, 1957, Richard G. Osborn; son Richard L. "Dickie" Osborn and a sister Jane Scott.
Left to cherish Ruth's memory are her daughter Dawn Renee Wise and her husband Jim; son Ronald W. Osborn; stepson Greg A. Osborn; daughter-in-law Kim Osborn; brother Frank
