WELLSVILLE, OHIO – Michael M. "Mota" Lockhart, 72, of Wellsville passed away on Monday, January 13, 2025, at East Liverpool City Hospital.
Mota was born August 17, 1952, in East Liverpool, a son of the late Lloyd Melvin "Mel" and Lucille (Smith) Lockhart.
Mota was a veteran of the Navy proudly serving during the Vietnam War. He worked at SH Bell at one time.
Preceding Mota in death was his son Josh M. Lockhart.
Left to cherish his memory are his daughter Cassie Ice; step daughter Requena Cosgrove and her husband John; three grandchildren Hunter D. Lockhart, Sierra Blue and her husband Doug and Devin Keyes and his wife Katelynn; step grandson Preston "P.J." Anthony; great grandchildren Aleigha Keyes, Elliott Keyes and Lainey Blue and three brothers David Lockhart and his wife JoAnn, Steve Lockhart and John Lockhart and his wife Lisa.
