Dorothy L. Foutts, 86
EAST LIVERPOOL – Dorothy L. Hall Foutts, 86, of Calcutta, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on the morning of Friday, August 23, 2024, at East Liverpool City Hospital, following a lengthy illness.
Born on December 19, 1937, in East Liverpool, Dorothy was a daughter of the late Edward and Katherine May Alton Hall. A lifelong resident of the area, she was a graduate of East Liverpool High School, Class of 1955. Dorothy was a devoted member of the former Anderson United Methodist Church as well as Good Shepherd United Methodist Church, where she found joy in leading Bible studies and volunteering with the free lunch program.
Dorothy's hands were never idle; she loved bowling, quilting, and dedicating her time to various jobs to support her beloved family. Her warmth and kindness touched the lives of many especially her friends and loving family.
