Alexandria "Alice" DiPanfilo Obituary
Leetonia - Mrs. Alexandria "Alice" T. DiPanfilo, age 95, of Leetonia, passed away on Saturday, August 17, 2024, at Blossom Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Salem.
She was born on December 30, 1928, in Crabtree, PA, a daughter of the late Alex and Wladislava "Virginia" Strojek Karasiewsky.
Alice was a true coal miner's daughter and a hard-working woman who devoted much of her life to her husband and children. She held several jobs outside her home that included working for various restaurants in the area, the Dan-Dee Chip Factory in Leetonia, W.M. Inc. in Washingtonville and the Franklin Furniture in Columbiana where she worked as a seamstress. Alice was a devoted member of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Leetonia and enjoyed ballroom dancing with her husband and playing cards with her friends. She loved playing both canasta and euchre, but mostly, she loved spending time with her family and friends.
